Pre-K Counts - Preschool for children 1 and 2 years before kindergarten with health and family services; children must be 3 or 4 years of age on or before September 1.

Early Head Start is a comprehensive weekly home visitation program to support healthy pregnancies and positive child development for infants and toddlers. Child must be a newborn till the age of 2 to apply.
