Lynn Fuini-Hetten is the Superintendent in the Salisbury Township School District. Prior to her work in this position, Lynn served as Associate Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Supervisor of Instructional Practice, middle school teacher, instructional coach, instructional support teacher and assistant principal in the district.
Lynn received a BS and an MS in elementary education from Kutztown University, administrative certification from Penn State University, instructional technology certification from Kutztown University and completed the Letter of Eligibility from Wilkes University.
Lynn demonstrates instructional leadership within and beyond the walls of Salisbury Township School District. Within the district, Lynn co-led a visioning process which resulted in the Profile of a Graduate and Learning Beliefs for Salisbury Township School District.
Lynn is currently an adjunct professor of education at Moravian University’s undergraduate and graduate programs, Cedar Crest College’s graduate program, and Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit’s principal and superintendent certification programs.
Lynn has been a committed member of Pennsylvania Association for School Administrators (PASA) since she started in an administrative role. In May 2014, Lynn received the Wanda McDaniel Award from the Women’s Caucus of PASA (Pennsylvania’s Association of School Administrators). Lynn served as a member of the PASA Professional Development committee for 6 years, the PASA Women’s Caucus President for two terms, and as Treasurer for one term. Lynn currently serves on the PASA Board of Governors, Elections Committee, and Professional Development Committee. Beyond the district’s walls, Lynn demonstrates instructional leadership while modeling learning for others through presentations in multiple conferences and professional events. Lynn received the PASA Award of Instructional Leadership in 2019.
